COMMUNITY NURSE ASSOCIATION A non-profit agency, currently providing healthcare for 1,400 children 1,400 adults and 3,000 dental patients, all of whom could not otherwise afford healthcare.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES A non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with development disabilities and their families.
CONSTANCE MORRIS HOUSE CMH provides physical and psychological safety to women and their children fleeing abusive relationships, empowering their clients to make informed choices about their lives.
INTERFAITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS A faith-based alliance between seven churches maximizing the potential of older adults to maintain independence and well being.
LAGRANGE AREA TRANSITIONAL HOUSING L.A.T.H. provides transitional housing and mentoring to families with children facing homelessness as they strive to become self-sufficient and to work toward long-term housing solutions in the community.

NIGHT MINISTRY Serves the needs of people on Chicago’s nighttime streets with healthcare, food and shelter.

GLOBAL MINISTRIES CHILD SPONSORSHIP Works with partner organizations to provide food, basic health care, clothing and in some cases housing, school fees, uniforms, books and training/livelihood opportunities for over 900 poor and destitute children in 15 centers around the world
GLOBAL MINISTRIES UCC FUND Global Ministries – UCC Fund The missionary organization of the United Church of Christ and Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), is committed to a shared life in Christ and to an ecumenical global sharing of resources and prophetic vision of a just and peaceful world order, joining with God’s concern for the poor and oppressed
MIDWIVES FOR HAITI Trains Haitian women as skilled birth attendants. These women then work in rural and urban areas to provide care which has been proven to decrease infant and maternal mortality.
REFUGEE ONE helps house and settle refugee families new to our country.

CHURCH WORLD SERVICE CWS is a cooperative humanitarian ministry of 36 Protestant, Orthodox, and Anglican denominations, providing sustainable self-help and development, disaster relief, and refugee assistance in more than 80 countries. Church World Service is part of the ecumenical family of the National Council of Churches.
DISCIPLES OF CHRIST DOC is the sister denomination of the UCC, and the tradition in which our associate minister is ordained; a donation is made to its regional ministries as a token of gratitude for this relationship.
