Registration

Welcome to the registration process for the First Congregational Church of Western Springs Preschool!  Whether you are researching preschools for your child, are new to our program, or are returning from last year, we are excited to begin the registration process for the 2012 – 2013 school year.

Registration for our preschool and Kids' Day Out programs takes place during the week of January 30, with church members receiving first priority, followed by currently enrolled students and new students. Classes fill-up quickly; however, there may be limited openings throughout the school year. A waiting list is also available for classes that are full. Church members receive a tuition discount.

Registration is as simple as 1, 2, and 3.  Just follow the steps below, and submit your registration materials by Friday, February 3^rd 2012.

1. Complete the registration form(s) for the program(s) in which you would like to enroll. (click her for 2-sided registration form)
2. Enclose two checks:  Your non-refundable registration fee and a check for the first month’s tuition*, both made payable to the First  Congregational Church Preschool.   *Please note that the check for the first month’s tuition is used to secure your child’s place in our program, but it will be held and not cashed until July 1, 2012.  We realize that plans change and adjustments must be made in your schedule.  If this occurs, your tuition check will be returned to you once you notify our office of any changes.  Because we often have a waiting list of students who wish to enter our programs, all checks will be cashed after July 1, 2012 and the first month tuition check will be non-refundable at that time.
3. Return your documents and check to the Preschool Office or mail to Amy Faison, First Congregational Church Preschool, 1106 Chestnut Street, Western Springs, IL  60558.

As we place students in classes, we make every effort to accommodate your first priority selection.  Church Members and Current Students are slotted first, followed by new students.

We appreciate your kind words about our program in the community.  If you know of other families who are interested, please have them call the Preschool Office so we can answer their questions and make arrangements for them to tour our classrooms.
